  1. With both printers when I specify in page set up to print a letter size page in landscape mode at 50% reduction and print, the setting automatically changes to a A4 size paper in the portrait mode and prints accordingly. I am using Vectorworks 10.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.2. Thanks for your help. Dennis
  2. Katie, My question was once you print how do you get the size of the pdf print to correspond with the drawing size (34 x 22) and not have it print out as 6 sheets of 17x11. The only printer drivers I have have a maximum paper size of 17 x 11. I assume I need a another driver - where do I get it and how do I install it if the printer is not on my network. Also how does the quality of image produced by the 10.2 pdf writer compare with a true pdf. Thanks
  3. How do I install a driver and what driver do I install that will allow me to print to PDF a size D drawing. I am running VW 10 on OS 10.2. The answer must be someplace on the board but I could not find it. Thanks
  4. In certain files in both 9.5 adn 10.01 I am unable to print from the print command. It says Save... instead of print. Also the page orientation changes. I am using a mac system. 10.2. Is this a bug or am I missing something. Dennis
  5. Multiple selection using shift key no longer works for me. I must have changed a preference but have no idea what it is. Any ideas? VW 10.01 on Mac System 10.21. Thanks
  6. Just got VA 9.01 hoping it would solve the problems I have had outputting to a .pdf using PrinttoPDF. However I still have problems. When I use PrinttoPDF in 9.01 all text that is rotated has been eliminated, it takes about 10 minutes to print one sheet and the file size is huge (I am translating text which attributes to the size). When I export the file as 8.5, the rotated text prints but it still takes 10 minutes and the file is still huge. I am using version 2.1.6 of PrinttoPDF, Mac OS 9.1 on a G4. What advantages does Adobe Acrobat have over PrinttoPDF. Would it be faster with a smaller file size? Would be better translating Adobe fonts? Thanks, Dennis Myers
  7. Just upgraded. there seems to be a bug concerning printing arrowheads. Lines with arrowheads are shortened and misplaced. I have a Mac G4 OS 9.1 and am printing to a Epson 1520. Is it a bug or am I missing a setting. I posted this question in VA messageboard 5 days ago and got no response. Thanks Dennis Myers
