Sounds right, strange how the bleeding obvious is always the last thing you think of....i work with Archicad as well and thats the way its done there too....

How about exporting as 3Dstudio/Sketchup/(IFC) then import them and save as DWG? I'm not sure but possibly one of these eliminates the 2d elements....

Nope thats why i put it on the wishlist forum -
It would be great to be able to completely 'forget' AntiCAD(AutoCAD) when exporting/importing to ArchiCAD. Now that they are both owned by NN perhaps this is easier to achieve. I'm sure this would be greatly appreciated by the architecture community not connected to Autodesk.
