when I have created a symbol or object in 3d and rotated , it will not stay in place. Symbol or object sometimes revert back. I use vectorworks 2010

When I try to install vectorworks 2009 I got an error saying: Error trying to open (Windows.zip) Can sombody help me xp sp3
