Description:
In Vectorworks Landmark, site design professionals will find time-saving features in the enhanced Hardscape tool and new Data Tag tool. In this presentation, see how Hardscape objects, configured as slabs in 3D, now use Slab Styles to more easily specify material layers and their thicknesses as components — enabling the creation of more accurate custom and pre-built worksheets. Attendees will also explore the many new methods of labeling and documentation made possible with Data Tags, a time-saving tool that can be used in your design and viewport.
Learning Objectives:

Learn how hardscape material layers are quickly specified and represented with the help of custom and pre-made slab styles. Discover efficiencies gained by harvesting data, like thickness, area, and volume from the hardscape components and outputting estimates into pre-formatted and custom reports. Explore methods for tagging and displaying data using pre-made and custom data tags that label the intelligent objects and symbols in models and viewports. Consider the time saved in automated tagging with single and multiple tags and other data tag modes, which simplify the process of managing displayed data in your documents. Register
