In Design series of Vectorworks, the File > Batch Print and File > Export > Export PDF Batch commands have been combined into the Publish command as of Vectorworks 2014.
Anything that was possible with these two older commands is of course still possible, in addition to the new functionality provided by Publish.
If you have any custom workspaces that do not include this new command, you can remove those old commands and add Publish to the workspace by following the instructions found HERE.
