Some users have reported issues when trying to access the local Vectorworks help via the Microsoft Edge browser. We tested Edge here and found that the help doesn’t open properly in many cases. The problem only occurs with the local version of the help in versions of MS Edge v38.14393.0.0. and later. The problem does not occur on earlier versions of Edge or in other browsers like Firefox or Chrome.
