  • Reset Document Print Settings

    PVA - Admin

You can clear the print settings in a Vectorworks document by opening the document and by running the Clear Print Settings.vss VectorScript. To run the script, unstuff the file listed under the "Attachments" category below, and drop the script on the Vectorworks icon in the Dock. A VectorScript Message window will appear, stating "Script Complete." to indicate success. You can also run the script by selecting the Organize/Scripts/Run VectorScript... menu, and choosing the script file.

Have just loaded my copy of VW 2014 onto new mac, Sierra 10.12.3, have downloaded and installed printer drivers, but VW won't let me select A3 paper size in print setup, A3 is greyed out.

    Screen shot of problem attached.

    Hope you can help,

    Thanks... PeterOZ

You may be able to go to Manage Custom Sizes and then create the size needed or remove the broken one. However Vectorworks 2014 doesn't support OS 10.12 so there's a chance of incompatibility.

Hello I cant run the script as only this file is in zip folder. 'Clear Print Setting.txt'

    Not 'Clear Print Settings.vss VectorScript'

    Please re-send the .vss file.

    Many thanks in advance
