Vectorworks, Inc. has released its second Service Pack for the Vectorworks® 2016 product line.
This Service Pack includes multiple fixes and improvements in the following areas:
- Rendering: Fixes crashing problems when rendering flattened Design Layer Section Viewports in Fast Renderworks mode
- Memory Issues (Windows only): Solves problems that caused Vectorworks to crash or become unresponsive
- Energos: Accounts for windows and doors in calculations of curtain wall panels and corrects climate data discrepancies
- Zoom In/Out and Panning: Eliminates crashing and corrects issues with flashing objects when zooming and panning
- Slabs: Correctly displays components with gradients and fills in section viewports
- Design Layer Viewports: Prevents walls with components bounded to story levels from appearing flat in referenced viewports
- Windows 10: Properly exports curtain wall symbols and windows to IFC
This Service Pack is available for all licenses as a downloadable updater. To install the Service Pack, please click here or go to the About Vectorworks 2016 dialog box in the Vectorworks menu (Mac users) or Help menu (Windows users) and click Check for Updates.
