For Mac users who suddenly notice the Shift, Option or Command keys no longer working as hotkeys in Vectorworks, the solution can be one of the following:
1) Follow the procedure outlined in THIS ARTICLE if you have this problem even after rebooting your machine and launching only Vectorworks.
2) Make sure your current version of Vectorworks is updated with its latest service pack.
3) Safari and some versions of Office for Mac have also been known to cause this issue. If they were running, close them down, then restart Vectorworks to see if the issue has been resolved.
