Often in order for Technical Support to troubleshoot an issue related to third party software, you may be asked to send in a list of installed programs on your machine.
On a Mac, this is relatively straightforward, as the System Profiler utility includes this in the information it provides:

On a Windows machine, you will need to take a screenshot of your installed programs list. Often times however, you will need to take multiple screenshots, as the list covers more than one page. If this is the case, you should take a screenshot (See THIS ARTICLE for how to take a screenshot) of the first screen, scroll down a page, take another screenshot, then repeat till you have screenshots that cover the entire list. Duplicate items appearing in more than one screenshot is fine for our purposes.
Below you will find the location of the Installed Programs list on the various Windows operating systems:
Windows XP:
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Windows Vista, Windows 7:
Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Windows 8:
Right-click bottom left corner of the Task Bar > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Windows 8.1/10:
Right-click on the Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
