In all but the smallest offices, multiple users often need to work on a project simultaneously. One solution is to break up the project into multiple files; Workgroup Referencing allows users to cross-reference and cross-publish their respective files. We'll review some best practices and some possible Workgroup Referencing scenarios, for both Layer and Resource sharing.
