Topic: Kevin Latady, Architect, will present the General Notes database to create project specifications. 

• Kevin will share his setup of the General Notes specifications database.
• He will show how the database can be divided into various specification sections.
• He will demonstrate how to manage office standard notes and modify them to be job specific through additions and edits to the database.
• Members of the group are encouraged to collaborate and share their general notes as general notes boiler plate that can be shared amongst attendees.
